Many young people under our provision are provided with the correct tools to fulfill their true potential. We work with a variety of brands to deliver appropriate work experience, relevant to those who benefit from on the job training. We equip our young people with the necessary assets such as curriculum vitae’s, interview practice, access to taster days at an organisation within their chosen industry and ultimately meeting with potential employers to aid in the development of career plans. One of our aims is to focus young people on the need to attain self-esteem via the achievement of personal career goals.
