Young London Today went into partnership with Moorish Grill to provide work experience for the young people that were interested in developing their catering skills. This project was aimed at allowing the young people to develop their work ethics as well as learning the ins and outs of the catering and hospitality industry. It was a success; with the collaborative efforts of our young people we managed to get a hot food delivery van in place and the design and image was contributed by the young people that took part in the project. Young people are benefitting greatly as they are given first-hand experience of what it takes to set-up and run a catering business.
